CCsweets is the labor of love for Carol Chow. “CC” can stand for CupCakes, Cake and Cookies, Chocolate and Caramel, ice Cream, Candy or Custom Created sweets. Carol’s family had a famous bakery in Singapore so the love of baking is passed through the generations. She grew up with stories from my mom of freshly baked breads, desserts and hand roasted coffees. She has traveled and tasted desserts from around the world, France, Italy, Austria, Mexico, England, Spain, Australia and my home for 20 years New York.
Carol has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Art and Art History and has worked in various creative fields, from the internet to fashion design. She is a certified gemologist with a degree from GIA and she is also a Chocolatier. Diamonds and chocolate are girl’s best friend. CCSweets uses the best ingredients to create recipes that are distinctive and flavorful. These recipes are balanced so the taste of the natural, fresh ingredients come through. Carol create things that she loves to eat and share with friends. They are not too sweet in taste but they will add some sweet memories to your celebrations.
