What is the difference between a “Muffin” and a “Cupcake?”?
“Muffins” are considered Quick Breads. Very little mixing and tends to be a heavier batter. “CupCakes” have a lighter and sweeter texture and are always iced in frosting. There is more time and cost involved in making a cupcake. Think of a cream cheese frosting or a chocolate ganache frosting with fondant decorations. CupCakes are versatile in flavor and can be customized for all occassions and celebrations.

Our cupcakes are baked fresh daily and we recommend that they be eaten the same day. If you want to save them, please store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Allow to come to room temperature before consuming. Keep in mind that the refrigerator dries out cupcakes, especially vanilla cupcakes. If you need longer storage, you can wrap in plastic and put in an air-tight container and freeze them.
